Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs how PeerX processes personal data on behalf of our enterprise customers. It is designed to support our customers' obligations under GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.

This DPA uses terms defined in applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
2. Processing of Personal Data
PeerX will process Personal Data only as necessary to provide our Services and in accordance with your instructions and this DPA.
- We process data only for the purposes specified in our Terms of Service
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data
- We do not sell or share Personal Data with third parties except as specified
3. Data Security
We maintain industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Security review as part of our engineering process
- Incident response procedures
4. Subprocessors
We may engage subprocessors to provide our Services. We maintain a list of subprocessors and will notify you of any changes.
